The Temptation¹²

Loosen, O Lord, we pray the bonds of our sins, and by the intercession of the blessed Mary, ever Virgin Mother of God, the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, and all saints, keep us Your servants and our abodes in all holiness; cleanse us, our relations, relatives, and acquaintances, from all vices; adorn us with all virtues; grant us peace and health; repel our enemies visible and invisible; and curb our carnal desires. Amen.¹¹
