"I thought I knew all the tips for saving money at WDW, even being a member of the Magic Kingdom Club for over 15 years, but just learning about [your ticket agent] saved our family over $300.00! Thanks." Janet Handy, Bel Air, MD "Plenty of roadside outfits in Orlando promise discounted tickets, but most of them really want to rope you into a time-share sales pitch in exchange for vouchers - accept at your own risk. [Affordable Disney's ticket agent], though, is legit." The New York Post, November 16, 2004. NEVER overpay again! Join our Disney family today and keep that extra money in YOUR pocket!
Sara writes: "Dear John, Just thought I'd write you a quick note about our quick Disney trip. We decided to give our children a surprise trip to Disney the first weekend in November. We arrived late Thursday night, went to Magic Kingdom on Friday, EPCOT on Saturday, and MGM on Sunday hopping over to do some favorite rides at Magic Kingdom after the afternoon parade in MGM. We've been many times and knew exactly what we wanted to see and experience in such a short time. We swam and shopped on Monday and headed out late Monday night. It was beautiful, and the airline tickets for our family of six were extremely cheap. It was the cheapest we've ever flown for, and it was a direct flight. I was surprised that after the hurricanes and with it being a weekend it was not more difficult to get around, but the crowd was not that bad. I originally had set up with Beth to stay at Port Orleans, but then others decided to go with us and we all got a condo together. Beth was wonderful about the cancellation. She has always been very helpful whenever I've had any questions about anything. She must truly enjoy what she does. Thank you for your newsletter and tips." Our members and I are all very grateful for Beth's hard work. Thanks for the pat on the back!

Beth, our travel agent, writes about transportation from the airport: "On arrival in Orlando, most families will either rent a car, take an airport shuttle or taxi, or use a private car and driver to get to their hotel. If you have children, you should be aware of the following... All children 5 years of age or younger must be properly restrained no matter where they are sitting in the vehicle. Children through age 3 must be secured in a separate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer's integrated child safety seat. For children aged 4 through 5 years, a separate carrier, an integrated child safety seat, or a safety belt may be used. (FL Statute 316.613). You can rent car seats from car rental agencies, but you should reserve them in advance during the reservation process. There will be a charge, and it can be hefty. You might want to bring your own seat(s) from home. If the seats are FAA-approved, so much the better since you can use them on the plane for small children. Otherwise, you can check them as baggage. Airport shuttles and taxis generally do NOT have car seats. I do not believe that they are exempt from the law, but they seem to ignore it and get away with it. Still, it's not safe for your children. The law exists for a good reason! Private car companies - nearly always the most economic choice if there are three or more people traveling - DO have car seats and boosters. Some companies charge you while others will include them (or at least one) for free. The cost is usually $5 if there's a charge. Bonus: Most car companies will also give you a free grocery stop (length ranges from 15-30 minutes) and some will also give you a photo stop at the entry gate, rent microwaves and refrigerators, rent strollers and walkie talkies, and even make side-trip arrangements for you. They are also a lower- cost alternative for getting to Sea World, Universal, etc. for the day. And yes, they also service Port Canaveral, Sanford Airport, etc.
To set up a private car (maximum of 4 people), van (maximum of 10 people),
limo (max varies), excursion SUV, stretch Hummer, etc. I need:
I can get you a quote prior to making the reservation. Note that some companies do NOT require any payment in advance. You pay the driver on arrival."
