Associate Program Application

Here are the details of the program:

Simply place our banner or text link on your site. We will key the banner or text link with your own personal identifying code which will allow us to track visitors from your site to ours. If your visitor clicks on our banner or text link and places an order at our site, you will get the credit. The program has no set-up fees and is non-MLM.

We pay $15.00 for each membership that is sold from your referring banner or text link.

We will email a monthly sales report. To keep our email workload to a minimum, we only email reports to associates who have a sale for that month. All our payments are handled electronically by PayPal. We email payment the last week of the month for any orders processed during the previous month.

The agreement follows. We will email your personal code as soon as we receive your agreement.

Rules and Regulations

• You will receive $US15.00 for every order that reaches us from your site's referral page.
  
  

• You may NOT submit our URL or site description to the search engines. You may only submit your site and its description to the search engines. Your site will then refer your visitors to our site. Violators will be terminated immediately and all commissions due will become the property of AffordableDisney.Com.
  
  

• You may NOT use any predatory advertising methods that generate traffic from a web site without the web site owner's permission to promote our products or affiliate program. Examples include keyword parsing browser plugins such as TopText and Surf+, banner replacement technology such as Gator, and browser spawning technology that is not web site dependent. Violators will be terminated immediately and all commissions due will become the property of AffordableDisney.Com.
  
  

• Any customer refunds will be deducted from commissions due.
  
  

• We will make every effort to check for distributor codes to ensure that you receive your commission.
  
  

• Commission payments will be sent by PayPal at the end of the current month for all payments processed by the end of the previous month. If you are not a PayPal member, please sign up now to avoid any delay in receiving commissions. Residents of countries outside the U.S that participate in PayPal are welcome to apply.
  
  

• "Secrets To An Affordable Walt Disney World® Vacation" is copyrighted by the Library of Congress, Washington, DC USA. No reproduction of any part of this copyrighted material in any form, including electronic, is allowed without written consent by the authors.
  
  

• You may not represent your company as AffordableDisney.Com or imply that you are affiliated with The Disney Company in any way.
  
  

• No email may be used to market this product. Our banners and text links are to be placed on approved web sites only. Violators will be terminated immediately and all commissions due will become the property of AffordableDisney.Com.
  
  

• You are not an employee of AffordableDisney.Com and you are responsible for your own federal, state, county, local and country taxes.
  
  

• This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time.
  
  

• AffordableDisney.Com guarantees no specific amount of income will result from this enterprise, although we will help you in any way we can to make money.
  
  

• Any dispute arising from this venture is to be settled in a court in the state of Maryland, USA.
  
  

• Your web site and all links to it must be rated for a "general audience". No web site or individual promoting violence, sexually explicit material or discrimination based on race, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation and/or physical disability will be tolerated. We will visit your site from time to time to make sure that you are abiding by these rules. Any violation of this agreement will be considered just cause for immediate termination and all commissions due will become the property of AffordableDisney.Com.
  
  

• All text and graphic images on the web sites of AffordableDisney.Com are copyrighted and remain the sole property of AffordableDisney.Com. Any unauthorized use of these materials is grounds for immediate termination and all commissions due will become the property of AffordableDisney.Com. We will provide promotional copy if requested.
