Beth, our travel agent, sent this letter in response to a question about the value of our service: "Most people don't spend all day, every day like we do making Disney reservations so they are unfamiliar with how Disney promotions work. We want you to come back and book all your other vacations with us, too, so we work really hard to make sure that you've got the best deal going for your particular situation - even if that means sending you to book with someone else. (And yes, we actually have to do that sometimes!) Why mess with us in the first place? It's a hassle free way to be sure you'll end up with a promotional rate if there is one to be had, and we've sent out literally hundreds of 'good news about your reservation' emails to people telling them we just changed their rate code and saved them big bucks!
